Arkan is a marketplace for local shops across the Gulf: one place to browse many independent stores, and one checkout to buy from any of them.

What Arkan is
Arkan brings independent shops together on one platform. Each shop has its own storefront, its own products and its own prices, and every shop you see is a registered business that we have verified before it opens.
We are the platform, not the seller. When you buy, you buy from the shop, and the shop prepares and delivers your order. We run the storefront, the checkout, the payment and the customer account that lets you follow every order in one place.
For shoppers
Browse in Arabic or English, in your own country's currency, and pay by card, local debit card, or wallet. Your order is one shop's order, so there is one delivery and one place to ask about it.
Your payment is processed by a licensed payment provider. Arkan never holds your card details.
For merchants
A shop on Arkan gets a bilingual storefront on its own address, a dashboard for products, orders and customers, and payment settled directly to its own bank account: the platform never holds a merchant's money.
Onboarding is by application, and every shop is verified before it opens. Use the merchant link in the footer to get in touch.
Who runs Arkan
Arkan is operated by a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain and serves customers across the Gulf. The registered company name and commercial registration number appear in the terms and conditions.
